...years ago someone said this to me about stress:

...when u find yourself stressed, ask yourself one question:
...what difference will this make 5 years from now? 
...if it doesn't make any difference, then don't be stressed by it. 
...if it will make a difference in 5 years time, then take action towards improving or changing the thing that is stressing you.

The time to relax is
when you don't have time for it.
